Administering labor agreements between the City and its bargaining units while ensuring compliance with Department of Human Resources policies and procedures and all Federal and state employment rules and regulations, and such other duties as may be assigned. Setting policies that guide employees in carrying out the work of the City of Atlantic City and support the accomplishment of their missions.Providing human resource management information enabling departments and divisions within the City to make sound business decisions.Promoting a talented and diverse workforce through workforce planning and development and a sustained commitment to workforce equity and diversity.Evaluating and responding to risk associated with employee injuries on the job.Managing benefits and health insurance for City employees.Maintaining personnel records in compliance with all policies and laws.Going to Ocean is more than just a destination.
